Las carnes frescas, como el secreto, pluma, presa, lomo y solomillo ibérico, entre otras, son envasadas en termo formado, skin y/o atmósfera controlada para alargar la vida útil de los productos, sin perder su excelente calidad. La trazabilidad de todos los productos está garantizada desde el inicio del proceso.
